Halloween che passione!

Lo so,sto scrivendo tantissimo in preda ad una sorta di furor che mi spinge a voler condividere con voi i miei lavori passati, come quando qualcuno rimane indietro con lo studio o il lavoro e deve rimettersi in pari; l'impazienza è anche aumentata dal fatto che questo post è dedicato ad una delle mie "feste" (lo so non è una festa,è una cosa totalmente pagana bla bla bla) preferite: Halloween!

Halloween per me è l'equivalente del Natale per i bambini piccoli, dei mondiali o europei di calcio per gli uomini, insomma entro in fermento prima del tempo,ho mille idee che mi frullano per la testa, e non solo a livello di cucina, ma anche di trucco, giochi, organizzazione location... Sono più elettrizzata per Halloween che per il mio compleanno! Già nel 2010 avevo provato a fare una cena con pietanze mostruose, tra cui anche questi cupcakes con la pasta di mandorle :

Ora...voi immaginate questa mia euforia per Halloween unita alla scoperta della pasta di zucchero e del successo della torta Spongebob (vedi post precedente), miscelate entrambe con la voglia di mia sorella di fare una bella festa di Halloween con tutta la sua classe: tutto questo si è trasformato in un progetto megagalattico!!! Biscotti,cupcakes, ma soprattutto la mia prima torta a due piani!!!

Inutile dire che ho progettato e ideato per una settimana!!! Ed ho fatto roba per un esercito!

Che fatica! Ma che soddisfazione anche! La classe di mia sorella era sbalordita, non voleva tagliarla!

Unica pecca dell'evento? Ho fatto talmente tante cose che non sapevo più dove congelarle, ma almeno così ho potuto gustarmi il mio Halloween per molto tempo e non per un giorno solo :)

Halloween..My Passion!

I know, I am writing a lot, but I really want to share with you all my past works, like someone with some unfinished homework and who has to catch up; my writing desire is increased by the fact that this post is dedicated to one of my favorites occasions: Halloween!.

Halloween for me is like Christmas for  childs, or like the Europeans of football for boys, in fact I have a thousand of ideas running in my head, and not only on the cooking bus also on makeup, games, organization… I’m  more enthusiastic for Halloween than my birthday!.  Already in 2010 I tried making a very scary dinner, with this terrifying cupcakes made with almond paste:

So now, Imagine all of this creativity together with the discovery of the sugar paste  and the success of the Spongebob cake ( see the previous post), mix it all with the idea of my sister of making an Halloween party with all of her class friends: all of this became a huge project! Biscuits, cupcakes, but mainly my first cake in two planes.

I planned for one whole week! And I prepared way too much stuff!

It was very tiring, but it was worth it! All of my sister’s classmates were surprised and they didn’t even want to cut the cake!.

The only bad thing was that I prepared too much stuff and I didn’t know where to put it all! I had to put it  in the freezer…but in that way I could enjoy my work for longer and not only for one day! J
