Si comincia!!!

Eccomi qui! Era tanto che volevo iniziare quest'avventura e aprire un blog!

 Vi chiederete: "che avventura è aprire un blog?" ... Se vi siete fatti questa domanda vuol dire che non mi conoscete! Poco tempo fa per me era un'avventura anche gestire una pagina facebook,fare copia-incolla, usare word, insomma tutto ciò che ora si considera assolutamente essenziale!! Ed in verità questo blog è merito di una associazione a delinquere di parenti e di un' amica che adora arredare anche una semplice pagina internet,che han preso l'iniziativa e han creato tutto quando io non sapevo da dove iniziare. Il primo grazie (sperando non si trasformi in accidenti e maledizioni lanciate) va a voi, anche perchè vi dovrete sorbire 1400 telefonate mie che in preda ad attacchi isterici non riuscirò a inserire foto,cambiare colori, postare, etc etc (forse alla fine di questo viaggio avrò amici e parenti in meno :D).

Il mio nome è Ellie, e questo blog ha la finalità di condividere con chi mi leggerà foto e ricette e consigli riguardo al cake design."wow ma allora sei una cake designer famosa!!!" direte... Assolutamente NO! Sono una ragazza iperattiva ed energica che ha trovato un hobby, che si diverte creando, che esprime il suo lato artistico decorando torte,cupcakes, biscotti e chi più ne ha più ne metta, e si diverte da matti nel farlo!

"E allora se sei una principiante perchè Sugar Queen??". Semplicissimo: avete provato, oggigiorno che questa passione spopola ovunque, a trovare un nome non usato da nessun altro?? Saprò che lo avrete fatto solo vedendo le vostre foto con occhiaie ingombranti, capelli stile Jack Sparrow e leggeri tic che cominciano a profilarsi sul vostro volto. E' stato difficilissimo,finchè non sono arrivata a questo nome, e trovandolo libero, ho deciso di accaparrarmelo subito prima che qualcuno nel mondo lo prendesse:la tempistica è importante, è questione di secondi!:D

Spero di non fare macelli a livello informatico, ma pian piano inserirò le mie foto di torte e dolci passati, in modo poi da trovarmi aggiornata . 
Intanto vi posto la mia primissima torta in Pasta di zucchero, quando non sapevo neanche cosa fosse, quando non capivo perchè esistesse il fondant,la sugarpaste e la pasta di zucchero, per poi scoprire che erano la stessa cosa.

Che l'avventura abbia inizio (se trovo tasto pubblica post)!!

Let’s start this adventure!

Here I am! It is such a long time that I want to start this adventure and open this blog.

You might be asking yourself: “How can starting a blog be an adventure?” …Well, if you did ask yourself this question, you don’t know me! Not long ago “Adventure” could also have been having a facebook account, to copy and paste, to use Word Document,  and everything that now is considerate essential!. Indeed this Blog was created by  the help of my family and of a friend of mine that loves decorating also with a simple internet page. She  created this page  when I didn’t even know where to start from. I have to give a special thank to you, because you will have to keep calm while receiving  1400 call from me while I’ll be panicking  because I don’t know how to add pictures, change colors, post ecc… (maybe at the end of this journey I’ll have less friends and family members).

My name is Ellie, and this blog was created to share with who reads it photos, recipes and advices on Cake design. “Wow so you are a famous cake designer!” you might say…Absolutely not! I’m an overactive girl who found an hobby, who has fun with decorating, and who expresses her creativity by decorating cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and everything that you can imagine!.

“So if you are a beginner, why do you call yourself Sugar Queen?”. That’s simple:  did you ever try, now that this passion is expanding everywhere,  to find a name that is different from all of the others?. I’ll know you did only when I see you completely going crazy!. It was very difficult, until I found this name and I discovered it was still free, so I decided to take it before someone alse could do it!.

I hope I won’t make any troubles  with the computer, but I will slowly  add pictures of my cakes and desserts. In the main time, I will post the picture of my very first cake made with sugar paste, when I didn’t even know what it was!

So here we go! Let’s start this adventure!
